Charitable tax receipt applicable to U.S.-based organizations only. The $10,000 portion constitutes a charitable donation to NEWH Inc.; the $5,000 portion constitutes a marketing expense. Sponsors are advised to consult their own tax professional regarding eligibility and deductibility. Limited to a maximum of 12 packages per calendar year.
- Sponsor input on content direction, interview questions, and featured guest suggestions is welcomed and considered; however, final editorial control — including topic framing, guest selection, and episode structure — remains with NEWH Inc. to ensure alignment with audience expectations and brand standards.
** Option to be featured as a guest is subject to NEWH approval to ensure content quality and flow. Guest participation must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled recording date. NEWH reserves the right to decline guest participation that does not align with the podcast’s editorial direction.
Ad script and tone must align with NEWH brand standards. All audio content, including the 30-second ad read, is subject to NEWH review and approval prior to production or airing. Sponsor is responsible for delivering a finalized ad script no later than 10 business days prior to the episode recording date. NEWH reserves the right to request revisions to ensure brand alignment.

The two (2) podcast guest invitations entitle the sponsor to nominate individuals to be considered as featured guests on Hospitality Unpacked. All nominations are subject to NEWH review and approval. Acceptance of a nomination is not guaranteed. Invitations are non-transferable and valid within the 12-month sponsorship term only.
Logo inclusion in email blasts applies to NEWH-distributed emails promoting Hospitality Unpacked during the active sponsorship term. Frequency of email blasts is determined by NEWH and is not guaranteed at a fixed cadence. Logo placement in the dedicated section of one (1) email blast will be coordinated with the sponsor within the sponsorship term; timing and content of the dedicated section are subject to NEWH editorial approval.
Homepage logo placement on HospitalityUnpacked.com and NEWH.org will be activated within 10 business days of agreement signing and maintained for the duration of the 12-month sponsorship term. NEWH.org placement is subject to confirmation by NEWH Inc. national office.
Half-page group feature in NEWH Magazine is subject to publication schedule and deadlines. NEWH will make best efforts to include the sponsor in the next available issue following agreement signing. Placement is not guaranteed in a specific issue.
- The 15-second ad spot constitutes a single placement in one (1) Hospitality Unpacked episode. Once published, the episode and its advertising content remain accessible indefinitely across all podcast distribution platforms, providing ongoing evergreen exposure for the duration the episode remains live.
** Ad script, tone, and delivery must align with NEWH brand standards prior to production. All audio content — including sponsor-recorded or NEWH-read formats — is subject to review and approval by NEWH Inc. before inclusion in any episode. NEWH reserves the right to request revisions or decline content that does not meet production quality standards, including but not limited to audio clarity, background noise, pacing, and overall recording quality. Sponsors are encouraged to submit a professionally recorded or studio-quality audio file. NEWH may offer a standard read by the podcast host at no additional charge, subject to availability. Final approval of all ad content rests with NEWH Inc.
